Mingxuan He
quantitative research for the decentralized economy
Hi, I'm Ming.
I'm a researcher & data scientist at Gauntlet. In a nutshell, I tackle cutting-edge problems in the decentralized economy using tools from math, economics, and data science. My current focus at Gauntlet is restaking protocols & LRTs. I also have a breadth of interests in agent-based modeling, algorithmic game theory, zkML, and AI agents.
Previously, I worked at Nethermind as a research & data science intern and at Polygon as a DeFi research analyst.
I completed my M.A. in computational economics at UChicago, where I received the Phoenix Scholarship and was advised by Gina Pieters and Anthony Lee Zhang. I completed my B.A. in math and economics w/ honors at Grinnell College.
During free time, I enjoy gaming and watching movies/anime with family.
